Our approach and methods are underpinned by the Process Professional Portfolio - a well-established toolkit of supporting tools, templates and methods for process improvement, governance and project management. These suites are brought together with an iterative change process to create an adaptive approach to change management. This adaptive approach can be applied throughout a business to provide the right changes at the right time, where it's needed, making change to your business where it really matters.

Training

 

Piworx offers a range of  training courses within the UK and Europe and around the world, particularly in Japan. These can be attended either as part of our scheduled public offerings or in-house at your preferred location. Piworx also manages the international register of Process Professional Assessors.

Benchmarking and Assessments

 

From baselining your organisation's capability at the start of a change programme, to formal appraisal of success at the end, Piworx provides a range of benchmarking and assessment services to evaluate performance against global standards such as CMMI®, TMMi®, ITIL, COBIT, ISO9001: 2000/TickITplus, ISO15504 and Automotive SPICE.
